Maintenance Supervisor – Mudon Real Estate

Supervise Electrical, HVAC and Electro-Mechanical maintenance activities in Kuwait, including MEP, pumps, fire-fighting and BMS systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance activities across Electrical, HVAC and Electro-Mechanical systems.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Coordinate general MEP maintenance requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC or Electro-Mechanical.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant maintenance experience, preferably in a mall, commercial building or facility-management environment.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, pumps, fire-fighting systems, BMS and general MEP maintenance.
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.

Content Creator / Photographer / Videographer – Mudon Real Estate

Create and deliver photo and video content for social media and marketing activities in Kuwait, from concept and shooting through editing and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and produce high-quality photo and video content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Plan, shoot and edit photography, Reels, short-form videos and other digital content.
• Manage day-to-day social-media content production and execution.
• Develop creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Cover events, activations, launches and brand activities.
• Stay up to date with social-media trends and formats.
• Work closely with the marketing team to turn campaigns into engaging visual content.
• Organize and maintain content libraries and production assets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation, photography and videography.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and other social-media platforms.
• Proficiency in video and photo editing software.
• Strong creative eye with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage projects from concept through production and final delivery.
• Strong understanding of current digital and social-media trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must currently be resident in Kuwait.
• Portfolio showcasing previous work is required.
• Previous experience in Kuwait or the GCC is preferred.
