Response Times

We aim to respond to genuine enquiries as soon as possible, usually within a few business days (Sunday to Thursday, Gulf Standard Time). Enquiries received on Fridays or public holidays may be handled on the next working day.

For urgent safety or fraud-related matters, please use the Report a Job Scam page and simultaneously contact PAM directly at www.manpower.gov.kw. We do not operate a 24-hour safety helpline — PAM and the relevant police or cybercrime authority are the appropriate authorities for urgent fraud and employment violations.
