Facilities Engineer
Role Scope and Responsibilities
The Facilities Engineer position supports KPAK within a manufacturing environment in Kuwait. Responsibilities include:
- Oversee day-to-day facilities management, maintenance and engineering activities across the Group.
- Supervise and follow up civil, electrical, mechanical, construction, renovation and expansion works.
- Monitor contractors and subcontractors to ensure work follows approved specifications, drawings, budgets and schedules.

Administration Officer
Role Scope and Responsibilities
The Administration Officer position supports KPAK within a manufacturing environment in Kuwait. Responsibilities include:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and office support.
- Coordinate and follow up company-related transactions with government authorities including PAI, KCCI, MOCI and other relevant entities.
- Follow up licences, certificates, registrations, renewals, approvals and other official documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to obtain required documents and information.
- Prepare letters, reports, presentations and other business documents.
