What This Agreement Covers

This Usage Agreement applies to all users of KuwaitJobs — whether you are a job seeker browsing listings, a candidate applying for roles, an employer submitting vacancies, or a recruiter using the platform. It describes what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and the limits of our responsibility.

This document should be read alongside the full Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By using KuwaitJobs, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described in these documents.

What KuwaitJobs Is

KuwaitJobs is a job board — a platform that publishes job vacancies to help candidates find employment opportunities in Kuwait. We are not a recruitment agency. We do not screen candidates on behalf of employers, represent employers or candidates in negotiations, or manage the hiring process. All applications and hiring decisions take place directly between candidates and employers.

What You Can Expect From Us

We aim to: publish listings that, based on the information available to us, appear to represent employment opportunities from identifiable sources; maintain a Safe Job Search guide and a scam reporting mechanism to help protect candidates; remove listings that we identify as fraudulent, misleading, or in violation of our publishing standards; respond to genuine fraud reports and contact enquiries within a reasonable timeframe; and maintain the Site in working order to the best of our ability.

We do not guarantee: the accuracy, legitimacy, or current availability of every listing; the identity of every employer listed; any outcome from any job application; or 24-hour support or monitoring.

What We Expect From You — Job Seekers

As a job seeker using KuwaitJobs, you agree to: use the platform to search for genuine employment only; apply only for roles for which you are genuinely qualified and interested; independently verify employers before submitting personal documents; not submit fraudulent applications or misrepresent your qualifications; and report suspicious listings using the Report a Job Scam mechanism.

What We Expect From You — Employers and Recruiters

Employers and recruiters using KuwaitJobs agree to: submit only genuine vacancies from verifiable registered employers; not charge candidates any fees at any stage of the recruitment process; provide accurate and honest job descriptions and requirements; comply with applicable laws and regulations in Kuwait; and promptly notify us if a listed vacancy is filled, withdrawn, or changed materially.

Employers are solely responsible for their conduct in the recruitment process. KuwaitJobs is not responsible for any representations made by employers to candidates.

Safe Use of Job Listings

We publish the Safe Job Search Guide and the Official Apply Links guide to help candidates protect themselves. We strongly encourage all users to read these guides before applying for any role found on KuwaitJobs or any other platform.

Key safety rules: never pay any fee to any employer or recruiter before employment begins; never send original identity documents before receiving a verified, signed offer; always verify an employer's identity through official registries before submitting personal information; and report any suspicious listing or contact using the Report a Job Scam page.

Limitation of Our Responsibility

KuwaitJobs takes reasonable steps to maintain a safe and useful platform. However, we operate at significant scale and cannot review every listing or contact in real time. We are not responsible for harm arising from your use of, or reliance on, any listing or information on the Site. This includes financial loss from recruitment fraud, loss arising from an unsuccessful job application, or any harm arising from your interaction with an employer or recruiter found through the Site.

Our responsibility is limited to maintaining the platform in good faith, responding to reports of fraudulent or harmful content, and removing content that violates our standards when it is identified. For serious fraud or employment violations, the appropriate authorities are the PAM and the relevant police or cybercrime authority.
