Zaleej Real Estate Co. is hiring a bilingual Civil Engineer in Kuwait to provide the technical engineering backbone for residential, commercial and mixed-use development projects, from site investigation and infrastructure design through on-site supervision and approvals.

Civil Engineer (Bilingual) – Zaleej Real Estate Co. (KSCC)

Key Responsibilities

Conduct site investigations and analyse topographical, soil and environmental data.
Design site infrastructure including roads, utilities, drainage, retaining structures and grading.
Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications and calculations.
Review and approve contractor shop drawings, material submittals and method statements.
Provide on-site technical supervision and resolve RFIs and design clarifications.
Ensure compliance with Kuwait Engineering Code and Municipality regulations.
Liaise with Municipality, MPW, EPA, Civil Defence and MEW for permits and approvals.
Coordinate with architects, MEP and structural consultants, quantity surveyors and surveyors.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
5+ years of civil-engineering experience on real-estate or construction projects in Kuwait or the GCC.
Active Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE) membership or eligibility to register.
Strong knowledge of Kuwait building regulations, Engineering Code and Municipality approvals.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and GIS.
Demonstrated experience in site planning, infrastructure design, drainage and construction supervision.
Bilingual Arabic and English fluency.
Valid Kuwait driving license.
Transferable Article 18 residency.
