Support operational management and strategic coordination across multiple business divisions.

Responsibilities

• Support the President in strategic initiatives and operational priorities.
• Monitor major projects and business initiatives across divisions and prepare management reports.
• Support tire-division, service-centre and technical-operations oversight.
• Monitor supply chain, inventory, logistics, warehouse and product-availability activities.
• Assist with infrastructure and operational-improvement projects and cross-department coordination.
• Track performance indicators, identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
• MBA or professional project-management certification is an advantage.
• 10–12 years of experience in business operations, project management or operational leadership.
• Experience in multi-department coordination and operational project management.
• FMCG, supply-chain, warehouse or logistics exposure is preferred; automotive/tire experience is beneficial.
