Senior Facilities Manager
Responsibilities and Scope
- Lead operational, commercial and service performance across the assigned FM client portfolio.
- Ensure hard and soft services meet contractual scope, SLAs, KPIs, quality standards and client expectations.
- Review site performance, recurring failures and service gaps and drive corrective actions to closure.
- Own senior client relationships and manage escalations.
- Review vendor performance and lead Facility Managers, Engineers and site teams.
- Track critical asset risks and progress lifecycle, efficiency and cost-saving initiatives.
Published Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Architecture, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- 10–15 years of FM experience, including at least 5 years in a senior GCC leadership role.
- Experience leading complex multi-site integrated hard and soft FM portfolios.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, cost-control, resource-planning and contractor-management skills.
- Working knowledge of Kuwait regulatory requirements and CAFM/CMMS.
- FMP or CFM certification is preferred.
