- ISO/IEC 17025:2017 internal auditor training; lead-assessor experience preferred.
- Knowledge of ASTM, AASHTO, BS EN and ISO for soils, concrete, steel, asphalt and aggregates.
- Familiarity with measurement uncertainty and proficiency testing.
- Clear written English; Arabic an advantage.
