Role Focus

Responsibilities

  • Lead interior design projects from initial concept development through construction and final execution.
  • Develop design concepts, space plans, mood boards, material palettes, and presentation packages.
  • Prepare and review interior design drawings, specifications, schedules, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure design proposals respond effectively to the client’s brief, project requirements, budget, and program.
  • Present design concepts, material selections, and project updates to clients and senior management.
  • Coordinate interior design works with architectural, structural, MEP, lighting, and specialist disciplines.
  • Review furniture, fixtures, equipment, materials, finishes, and interior detailing.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, manufacturers, and project teams.
  • Review shop drawings, material samples, mock-ups, and technical submissions.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor the quality and progress of interior works.
  • Resolve design, technical, and site-related issues during project execution.
  • Manage client comments, design revisions, and approval processes.
  • Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
  • Lead, guide, and support junior and mid-level interior designers.
  • Delegate tasks and review the quality and accuracy of work produced by the design team.
  • Support project proposals, client presentations, design competitions, and business-development activities.
  • Stay informed about interior design trends, materials, products, technologies, and industry developments.
