Damas x Tanishq Sales Consultant
Role Overview
Serve customers, support category sales and store operations, and help maintain stock, displays and service standards within the Damas x Tanishq retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs, present products and complete sales transactions.
- Support category sales targets and handle returns and repairs.
- Follow store procedures and help control costs.
- Support daily stock checks, replenishment and visual display standards.
- Maintain safety, loss-prevention and dead-stock controls.
- Support marketing and visual-merchandising activity.
- Monitor customer feedback and complaints and stay aware of competitor activity.
Published Requirements and Qualifications
- Graduate or minimum high-school qualification.
- 2–5 years of luxury retail, customer service or hospitality experience.
- Jewellery knowledge is beneficial.
- English is required; an Indian regional language is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, customer-service and attention-to-detail skills.
