Role Overview
Coordinate quality checks and audits across sales and operations while maintaining client records, complaints, feedback and data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Conduct basic internal audits across sales and operations and follow up on non-conformities.
- Collect and present quality data to management.
- Check client-file accuracy and reporting eligibility.
- Conduct courtesy calls, callbacks, audit calls and visits as required.
- Track client complaints, accidents, root causes and corrective follow-up.
- Audit operational and system data including contracts, appointments, complaints and tasks.
- Prepare non-conformity reports and quality certificates.
- Collect client feedback and testimonials and help maintain system data integrity.
Published Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- English is required; Arabic is a plus.
- Microsoft Office and CRM skills.
